Name: Rogue Veemon

This Digimon has the same attributes of any Veemon, but with much more experience. Survivor of an arduous war, lost both his arms and part of his foot. Even as a Rookie, this Veemon has the equivalent power of an Ultimate. His prosthesis gives the strength to stop a Greymon on a rampage.

The Rogues - Are Digimon in Rookie level, survivors of a war of the Digital World. They are unable to evolve, but have power equivalent or superior to a ultimate level.
